The idea and the birth of ra-with-a-mju was a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Life in lockdown made me realise how much I essentially missed human interaction. Sometimes, so much can happen if you take the leap, and this was my leap, and it is addictive too.
Throughout the years, I have tried my best to frame the emotions of sports, the collective act of coming together every weekend, to sing songs that many sing like gospel. I have captured the ecstasy after a goal, the tears after a loss, the oohs and the aahs, the expressions behind the net.
I have had many moments in my life that have made me realise how lucky I am but nothing will ever come close to the feeling you get when you see 60,000 fans fill up an entire stadium to sing in unison for a women's team playing a sport you were so often told is not fit for them.
